Each session begins with a guided warm-up including stretching and core activation to prepare your body for movement and reduce injury.

From there, we transition into targeted training designed to build strength, burn calories, and sculpt your physique.

Week 1: Brazilian Booty Workout
A high-energy lower-body session focused on building and sculpting your glutes and legs, helping you develop strength, shape, and control.

Week 2: Army Countdown
A disciplined, high-intensity workout inspired by military-style training. This session uses countdown sets, bodyweight drills, and endurance challenges to build mental toughness, stamina, and full-body strength.

Week 3: Zumba Dance Com
A nonstop, follow-the-instructor dance workout where you stay moving from start to finish. This session focuses on cardio, rhythm, and full-body movement, helping you burn calories while having fun and keeping your energy high.

Week 4: Upper Body Unlocked 🔓
A targeted upper-body session focused on building strength and definition in your arms, shoulders, and back, helping you develop a balanced, powerful physique.
